I realized the importance in Elaborating some of the Thing..
- Firstly, We are in a same team pls do not "Sabo" one another by doing something that you are not supposed to do..And expect others to help clear the shit for you!!
- Secondly, Do what you are told to do..(if the instructions for you is to meet at a specific Destination and go together as team pls DO NOT travel on your OWN!!)
- Thirdly, Be punctual or at least be early by 10-15min..By any Chance if you are going to be late..PLS out of courtesy call and inform your Teammates.
- Pls do not eat snake and RMB not to go for break unless you are told to do so..( Even when you think that nobody will noticed, there will always be someone who will realise)
- If you are unsure bout anything check the blog. If it is REALLY urgent then you message or call your teammate..(10 am to 10pm)..For minor stuff pls take your own initiative and try to think of a way to solve the problem..unless when you really need help then call boss or your team(10am to 10pm)
- These is also a very Important issue-If you cant make it on a certain day which you have to work[pls produce aproof of why you cant work (E.g.MC,Death cert..)]PLS out courtesy inform boss at least 3day or more( it would be better if you could find someone to replace you )..As It is very difficult to find ppl at the eleventh hour..
- Lastly, it would be better if everybody bring along your-
