wassup peeps! it's been awhile in here . . .

my apologies if i've forgotten to say sorry to each and everyone of U for the late payment issues . . . again for last mth payday. no matter how busy and tight my schedule, i hope U guys are aware that i've did my part & im doing my best to resolve the issues . . . and im no sitting still 'till the fat lady sings'. here's what U guys should know . . .

before, the AMS approval was done by all the 7 outlets SM in which ever stores U guys thumb in & out from and all to be send on time to reach for final consolidation approval by ACCTs dept, then lately it's pass on to HR dept. most have been helpful and sadly there are people who don't care the urgency or simply forgot and it results to back pay! i'm not blaming anyone totally as i understand everyone else too have tons of workload, but to me, the problems shouldn't be taken lightly . . . everyone needs to survive!

so finally, as of last mth, all approval will be under my care from now on and consolidation from HR. i did what i have to and hoped notin will go wrong but to my dismay . . . nooooooo not again tis time! sigh . . . at every most days of the week, i made an attempt for an answer from 'tat very specific dept' and i was informed by the AMS company, the reasons to all the 'hiccups' and at last the cheques prepared. i hope the problems will not arise again for the next payday and ever! my working relationship has gone sour, not only because of this but also due to the YEI incidents . . . how dare 'that' remarks!!! and coming from a supposedly the most likable and reputable dept!!! . . . too much!!! i'm not asking to be my buddy . . . but all i need is just . . . cooperation, understanding others needs & just a little respect! que sera sera . . . i'll stand for my rights & keep my head up high cause no words can bring me down . . . 'dont hate me cause i'm beautiful'.

so to my dearest team . . . i have collected your cheques personally earlier today at FG and personally bank in (awaiting for Paul's & Mar's acc #) i guess after 2pm 2molo can be cash out. once again my apologies on behalf of TRU.

As i have received a call today
I realized the importance in Elaborating some of the Thing..

Firstly, We are in a same team pls do not "Sabo" one another by doing something that you are not supposed to do..And expect others to help clear the shit for you!!

Secondly, Do what you are told to do..(if the instructions for you is to meet at a specific Destination and go together as team pls DO NOT travel on your OWN!!)

Thirdly, Be punctual or at least be early by 10-15min..By any Chance if you are going to be late..PLS out of courtesy call and inform your Teammates.

Pls do not eat snake and RMB not to go for break unless you are told to do so..( Even when you think that nobody will noticed, there will always be someone who will realise)

If you are unsure bout anything check the blog. If it is REALLY urgent then you message or call your teammate..(10 am to 10pm)..For minor stuff pls take your own initiative and try to think of a way to solve the problem..unless when you really need help then call boss or your team(10am to 10pm)

These is also a very Important issue-If you cant make it on a certain day which you have to work[pls produce aproof of why you cant work (E.g.MC,Death cert..)]PLS out courtesy inform boss at least 3day or more( it would be better if you could find someone to replace you )..As It is very difficult to find ppl at the eleventh hour..

Lastly, it would be better if everybody bring along your-
