i seek everyone cooperation to inform me in advance the days tat u are available to come to work. today, i've upload schedules from jan to march, there are dates wif events or activities planned and there are dates wif none but it's subject to change. im expecting u to inform me ( not the other way around) so tat i can make plans. take note, those inactive for more then 3mts, as much as i wanna keep u but im sorry i have to let u go . . . should U no longer have the interest to be part of us, let me know soonest. . .PEACE.

my apologies if i've forgotten to say sorry to each and everyone of U for the late payment issues . . . again for last mth payday. no matter how busy and tight my schedule, i hope U guys are aware that i've did my part & im doing my best to resolve the issues . . . and im no sitting still 'till the fat lady sings'. here's what U guys should know . . .

before, the AMS approval was done by all the 7 outlets SM in which ever stores U guys thumb in & out from and all to be send on time to reach for final consolidation approval by ACCTs dept, then lately it's pass on to HR dept. most have been helpful and sadly there are people who don't care the urgency or simply forgot and it results to back pay! i'm not blaming anyone totally as i understand everyone else too have tons of workload, but to me, the problems shouldn't be taken lightly . . . everyone needs to survive!

so finally, as of last mth, all approval will be under my care from now on and consolidation from HR. i did what i have to and hoped notin will go wrong but to my dismay . . . nooooooo not again tis time! sigh . . . at every most days of the week, i made an attempt for an answer from 'tat very specific dept' and i was informed by the AMS company, the reasons to all the 'hiccups' and at last the cheques prepared. i hope the problems will not arise again for the next payday and ever! my working relationship has gone sour, not only because of this but also due to the YEI incidents . . . how dare 'that' remarks!!! and coming from a supposedly the most likable and reputable dept!!! . . . too much!!! i'm not asking to be my buddy . . . but all i need is just . . . cooperation, understanding others needs & just a little respect! que sera sera . . . i'll stand for my rights & keep my head up high cause no words can bring me down . . . 'dont hate me cause i'm beautiful'.
